Protien shots

has anyone tried these? 20gr of protien per shot and sugar free?

They taste like baby vomit, and made of poor protein.

For immediately post-surgery, I purchased some New Whey 42 Liquid Protein tubes (by IDS  www.idssports.com) .  They came in handy and were ok'd by my surgeon as a supplement to the protein shakes and water, to ensure I was getting some protein when I was having difficulty getting in the volume.  They have 42 grams of protein, are conveniently sized in non-destructible tubes and do not have to be refrigerated - perfect to throw in your purse for a back-up.

Melting Mama is right about the taste tho - I found them super sweet, but being only 3 ounces helped!

They aren't made of very good protein, the low end of quality. I bought some and unfortunanty after surgery I could stomach the smell of them so I haven't even tasted them and I bought a case because I'm just dumb like that.
