Chinese food was tough - the soups are great, however. Now when we go to the Chinese buffet, they charge me as a child!

lol i tried a boneless spareib that had no fat and let me tell u i am three weeks post op and i got so sick no more for me thank you... hey jayne whats that site again for the protene samples you gave me
