Help. Band to RNY revision questions:

Good morning all. I want to revise from my band to RNY. I have Tufts insurance. Does anyone know how long the approval for the revision will take? Is there anyway around the 6 month circus? I'd like to have the surgery over and done with in August. THANKS so much for any advise or sharing.

Hi ...I replied on the rny board.
I didn't have to do the Tufts 6 mos I can change program. My surgeon requested this to be waived and it was.

I think that my surgeon eventually will write a letter, but I'm afraid that initially he will just be disappointed in me. Thanks, again, Joan. Your responses are what I needed to make the call for that initial, uncomfortable appointment.
