as anyone heard of getting this on their tongue after surgery?  I think i got me some of it...yuck!!!

Yes,
I had thrush right after surgery.  I was given a diflucan pill and it cleared up in about 24 hours.  I was given antibiotics due to possible have pnumona(SP?).  Good luck.
