Well i went this morning to see dr pecquix and i lost 7 pounds... im 288.9 and she gave me a date i am having my gastric bypass this monday 5/18/09 tehtewhtewht;ewtet

i am beyond excited and scared at the same time. i wish my mother was alive and with me now...

congratulations! wow the 18th, that's right around the corner! i hope i am able to schedule as fast once everything else is in place! you must be stoked! sorry you can't share it with your mom, but at least you can share it with us...

All the best to you on this most fantastic of journeys. I can't begin to tell you what a crazy ride this weight loss adventure is. Use the next few days to pamper yourself. Get a manicure and a pedicure. Buy a new nightgown for yourself. Make it YOU time!

dont be scaried my bypass was on 6/10/08 and it was the begining of my life with my kids ive lost 144 lbs and look at life in a whole new way . be ready for change because everything will and dont get down in the begining,the first week is the worst then every week it will get better and you will learn to listen to your body and figure out what will make you sick and what wont just listen and learn and rememmber NOTHING TASTES AS GOOD AS THIN FEELS good luck frank

it will do more than help, it is a great start and a wonderfull tool but you and only you can change your life and if you belive in yourself it makes no differance,what anyone else says or dose belive me i have 5 yr old twins that tell everyone "we have our daddy back and he is great" what else could i ask for good luck and just belive frank
