Happy Surgiversary to me :-)

It's been a great year and I've lost 140 pounds total. I went past my goal weight and I've just been continuing to maintain. If I lose more that is ok, but if I don't I'll be just fine. I like the weight/size I am and hope to stay here :-)

Yes, I have a lot of extra skin. I did have the 'apron' of skin removed already but could use more plastic surgery ...just not in my budget at the moment. (what I had done was covered by insurance)

One thing I've learned is not every piece of clothing is for me. I was so excited to lose weight and learn all the new trends/styles. But what is truely important to me is wearing things that hide the skin ..like the dress in the picture. I love that dress!!! I wear those special underwear that hold everything in too. If you buy the right clothes it's easy to hide and I like being told I don't look like a weight loss surgery patient.
