but it was not for me it was for all of you, if i could be in the trouble i was in last june and in just 7 months change my life this much for those awaiting that do not know me ive not only lost 117lbs gone from having 5 co-morbidities to a blood pressure of 120/73 suger 89 and i dont even snore anymore i run and play with my 5 yr old twins everyday without the pain or heavy brething also no hanging skin and im 53 yrs old it takes 20-30 mins a day of walking and easy work outs thats it and belive me please if i can do it so can you , so stop worring,stop over thinking everything and just do it. and most of all dont lisen to people who say stupid things like " its the easy way out" there is nothing easy about it and you ll have some rough days ahead but in 5-7 months WOW what a differant life awaits you so get off the couch or chair or whatever and get going life awaits you
