Just got cleared by my Behaviorist today!!

Hi there...

I just had to share that I was cleared by my Behaviorist today. Now I just wait to get my surgical consult!!

I am just so excited... I started this process almost a year ago last April! I am getting sooo close!

Congrats, Robyn!  The process seems to take forever when you are waiting but it really does happen rather quickly.

thats awesome!!! did you have the appt with linda? what was it like? did you have to lose weight before surgery? thats my biggest problem right now! ug. i thought your appt was in april, mine is on the 18. im nervous! yay you!!! let me know when you get the consult to the surgeon and what thats like! 

Yeah, my appointment was in April but I decided to call back and ask to be put on the cancelation list... so my behaviorist had a cancelation and I was able to get in, due to flexibility with my job. Anyway, I met with Dr. Lauretti. My appointment was kind of like the two appointments that I have had with Dr. Lauretti before, no big surprises. I am down a total of 12 pounds since I started in August.

I will let you know once I hear from the surgeon's office. I am told it takes 2-3 weeks for the paperwork to get processed before I will hear from them about an appointment.
