Walking group
Hello All,
Just a fast note to say that I will be again hosting a walking group for any one who is interested. I have the use of a gym at no cost to walk around laps (usually 2 miles ) then we meet in a conference room to share ideas & recipes. The group meet at 6pm - 8pm in Leicester there are at least 5 regular walkers in the group. We would like to have more who are interested in meeting others who are or have had the WLS.
