Hairloss
Losing hair was my biggest fear as well...Prior to surgery I had pretty thick hair...However, at three months, it started falling out in clumps...From what I've heard, most of the hair loss seems to be relative to what you have to begin with, so there are only rare cases who go bald or have visible patches, but that does happen...Mine fell out through nine months and now is growing back in sprouts all over...I look like a chia pet! Lol...You can't really tell either way...Most don't know I was thinning and now that its growing back, I am very happy!
I agree with Stella..there really isn't anything you can do to avoid it...I was averaging over 100g of protein a day and still lost it...
Don't let that stop you from having surgery!

I started losing my hair around the 3-4 month mark. I had very thin hair, but lots of it. I had long curly (permed hair). The long hair made it look thinner...especially because I pulled it back all the time so the sides you could see my scalp. A new shorter hairstyle was in order. The only people who noticed the hair loss was me and my hairdresser. It stopped falling out around the 9 month mark and I could see the new growth at my hairline (spikies LOL).
