Hi,

I am having mine done next Monday and Tufts Navigator is paying for it, but they will not even look at approval untill after you complete that 6 month "I Can Change Program" that was already mentioned.  It was not hard at all.  They have you commit to a couple behavioral changes and you talk to a life coach once a month or so for the 6 months.

Then they provide a notice of completion and your Dr. can submitt that with the other requirements.

Hope that helps.

I must say the time is going by faster than I thought it would. 6 Months seemed like forever and now it seems around the corner. I wasn't thrilled at first about the 6 mos after taking months to think over the pros and cons, but now I feel that its just one more tool I have to be sucessful!
