Worcester area excercise/support group.....

Hello,
   My name is Gayle. I had the gastric bypass surgery on November 24th. My group & I had started a weekly excercise/support group that we want to open up for anyone whom is in the worcester area or doesn't mind traveling to our group. Just before my surgery I was able to use a gym at no cost to my group. We walk 24 laps or walk the pounds away video DVD together. afterwards we sit in a conference room and chat about reciepes,tips , and how we are feeling otherwise. The group meets every Sunday from 6pm- 8pm please contact me for the directions or any other questions that you have. This is a free support group that a few of us whom had the gastric bypass & the Lapband surgery. I hope that our group can grow in size.

Katie, I hope you can join us! It's a lot of fun. There's a couple of us from Spencer that go & it's pretty easy to get to! I don't think I'll be able to make it this weekend 'cause I'm getting banded on Friday. Woohoo! I'll most likely go next weekend though.
