Brain Cramp

It's been a long time since I've changed my avatar.  I remember using www.shrinkpictures.com and it always worked, but now it doesn't recognize the url and won't upload.  I tried doing it myself on Adobe, but the file size was huge.  I shrunk it and now it looks fine on my change avatar page, but everywhere else it's a little speck.  Any help would be great.

Now it seems to have fixed itself.  I don't know what's going on...(shaking head).
