wow 20 lbs in 2 weeks, that is great :) Congrats!
I have not been on a scale yet. I do not have one at home because I would be on it every hour and driving myself nuts.  I see the Dr on Tuesday so I will know then how much I've lost.
My clothes are loose so that's a good sign!

Naps are great....I find that I feel so much better if I take a nap every day.  I will miss it when I go back to work in a few weeks.

Hey all...

You can see I was done 12/9.  Yesterday I had my "fullest" day of Stage 3 foods... got in 58 g protein (all real food)!  My highest yet... and those protein shakes (and isopures) are BLECH! now!

But: today I am behind on protein, so may try one of the shakes mentioned in WLS4Dummies: the ones with Ice cubes made of skim milk...  some of them pack 50g of protein!

I am also cold a lot of the time... but not when I am under the covers with my doggies (3)!  LOL...

inches are definitely coming off: I did some measurements and like the results...  and am down a few pant and top sizes.... and still: the best is yet to come.

Happy new year, everyone.. what a year 2009 is going to be.
