Today is my birthday AND....
I was up all night "dumping".
A little history first. My doc gave me tylenol with codine for my knees. Since I can't take any anti-inflammatories anymore the only thing I can take is like hydrocodone, per****t (sp?), etc.
But he was hestitant about prescribing that stuff. So I took 2 teaspoons (it's liquid) and 10 minutes later I was doubled over in such severe pain that lasted for 5 hours!!!!
The only thing I can think of is that it is loaded with sugar OR it's something I shouldn't be taking period. This was my PCP who gave it to me.
So yea ...I was up from 1am till I got my daughter on the bus at 8:00 and then went back to bed till she got home. Nice day, huh?
To top it off ...I feel like I have the worse hang over too. And I took that stuff around midnight.
Any ideas of what happened?

Ewwww...... So sorry to hear that Brooke! My guess is that the Tylenol with Codine was full of sugar, call your pharmacy and ask them.
Why don't you just postpone your birthday until tomorrow! And, have a happy one :)
