Have you stayed away from the scale until now??

('not saying I will be able to claim that!)

It went well, met with the NUT. and the doctor, talked with some newbies and a woman who was 4 years out.  they took some blood and i'll know if anything is low in a few days.  o by the way down 81 LBS and 47% of total body fat gone for good, not bad.  i was obbsessed with the scale the first month and now i go on once a week.  good luck with your up-coming surgery.  Love, Tess

Congratulations!   My 3 month is in two weeks.   Hope you did well ith the tests! 
Was your Rny 7/17?  Mine was 8/21.  I'm at 54 lbs. down now, and feel great! (mostly!)
