My head

Good evening everyone.  Well I keep getting light headed and or dizzy. I am 3 months post op and I am shocked because I am down 75 lbs since surg on 7/28/08 and a total of 101 since June 1, 2008

But it's driving me crazy getting light headed ?  Any idea on why ??

It could be a number of things.

Are you getting in enough protein?
Are you getting in enough fluids?
How are your blood sugars?  I get light headed and dizzy when my blood sugars are low, but I also get that way when I'm dehydrated.

Congrats on your weight loss thus far!  Sounds like you're doing well besides your current issue.

It is no crime to place to call to your doc or phys.asst.   Let them make the call if they need to see you or not.

Hi Jen,
I had the same problem, and Dr G told me to add more salt to my diet, and sure enough It subsided alot not totally gone, but decreased by 75%   So try it.   Shannon
