congrats!

I'm packing some magazines, chapstick, a light robe to wear when walking the halls, and slippers (maybe some crocs with socks).   If you have a lotion you like the smell of, bring that too.

I was thinking of crocs, since they are slip ons :)
They have the fur lines ones out now...it may hurt to put on socks.

Good luck with your surgery next week....you must be sooo excited!

looser clothes than what you think

nothing too heavy to read as you may feel tired

magazines and paper and pen to record anything you may forget

bathrobe for the hall walks

a comfy blanket

yes, they give you one

hand lotion, lip balm,

trying to remember as it was ten months ago on MONDAY

a pillow for the ride home

as Massachusetts roads are bumpy

Congratulations......

I didn't pack anything but biotene mouth wash and extra comfy/stretchy clothes. I was showered and dressed the next day. I wore a loose tee and stretchy cotton pants and that was good for walking the hospital halls :)

Congratulations! I brought my own pillow. If you drink herbal tea, you might want to bring a few of your favorite tea bags.
