anyone had a surgical revision of RNY... Who did it ?

Hi   I need a revision  and I already Had the endoscopic repair (unsucessful)  I'm looking for information from anyone who has had their RNY extended or fixed .......other than the ROSE, Stomaphyx, RestorE.  Please let me know what your experience has been.. My original was an open RNY 10 years ago, so probably this will need to be open also.   

I am having a lap band placed over my old bypass at Tufts on 12/10.  I had stomaphyx in Feb but that was a bust so now I am opting for the band,  I have read of some people on these forums that have had good success with this choice.
