Advice on MA Revision doctors?

I am seeing  Dr Lautz in December (I made the appointment in August) I also need a revision.  Don't feel too bad about not getting into the ROSE  trial. I was in the Restore trial and it didn't hold.   I  havre also heard that these offices have a Program fee of $550 up front which is an out of pocket expense.
