Congrats on a date. I'm 1 week shy of 3 yrs out and am down 140lbs. I had my surgery done at Brigham and Womens' as well. You won't regret having it done especially at the Brigham. Who is doing your surgery. I had Dr. Lautz, wouldn't see anyone else.

Best of luck on your upcoming surgery. If you have any questions that you want to ask me, please feel free to and I will respond.

Hi Lisa, thanks for the encouragement!   In my case I will be seeing Dr Vernon...Didn't really choose between her and Lautz for any real reason other than Dr Lautz  schedule was heavier.  That turned out to be a mute point anyway.
I feel the same about Brigham as you do about Lautz...wouldnt have it any other way.  I feel like they are all angels up there and like those Boston teaching hospitals for a lot of reasons.  My son was in Childrens quite a while when he was younger and I know the levels they strive for there.   Hope to get that .
Congrats on 140 pounds lost...fantastic...
bravo to you and many thanks! Sue

Good luck to you Linda...lets keep in touch after if you like... Will be thinking of you too... I have been walking as much as I have time for and am sort of like a big chuggy locomotive but all for the best...

Take care and good luck on the other side!

Congratulations.

I had my surgery in Jan. I was glad to have the recuperation time when I was able to just concentrate on me. Now, 40 days.......that seems great.

My daughter and her family had lived in E Falmouth for a few years now in Mashpee. I had just figured out the ins and outs of E Falmouth. She is glad they moved as there was a terrible accident along her road one night. The young man and his sister died. He was racing down the road. She is in a neighborhood.

My grandson loved school there. He made many friends in E Falmouth. He is 15 now, and a freshman.

Linda
