Stuck

Hi - looking for ideas from everyone on how to get past a plateau. I've lost 100 lbs in 8 months(very happy about that!), but want to lose another 25. I've been hovering at 170 now for a little over a month, and can not get the scale to move. I've tried exercising more, more water, being careful about calories, and nothing is working. Any helpful hints?

Up your protein and change up your usual food intake.  Give it time.  I was on a three month stall...very frustrating, but it does move again!

I hit a stall at nine months out and I thought my weightloss was done.  Finally two months later the weightloss started again.  I was much slower but I lost another 26 pounds in 4 months.  Try to change your exercise routine up and try to eat different foods.  Be patient and good luck!

You sound like me. I have been on a stall for 5 weeks.

Yet, Dr Gazmuri said I was losing too fast in July.

He may count my stall as good.
