Lapband Question - MGH patients

Are there any lapband patients that have their fills done at MGH?  I'm a Tufts patient and am having a horrible time with billing.

Could you please find out what the billing code for a lapband fill is?

Tufts uses S2083 which charges it as an outpatient surgery (which costs me a TON) as opposed to an office visit.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
