commonwealth Indemnity and need revision RNY

Does anyone out there have any info on the difficulty obtaining approval for RNY revision with the Commonwealth Indemnity Plan and amnistered by Unicare.   My bmi is 37.9 but I have some severe comorbids. My original RNY (1998) remained sucessful until a few years back when I lost the ability to do much exercise,  I have a severely dilated stoma and the RestorE  procedure didn't hold. I will be seeing Dr Lautz in Dec to descuss a revision and I'd like to know if anyone in Mass has had experience with this insurance  

No experience with the insurance, but Dr. Lautz's office got my insurance (Harvard Pilgrim) approval through very quicky.  You could call the office and ask what their experience has been with that plan.
