Hello!

Let's start an RSVP thread.  The event is Sunday, July 27 in Waltham, MA at a private home with a swimming pool.  Directions and address will come later, but if it helps, the house is very close to routes 95/90.

Please let us know how many in your party are attending, and what item you'd like to bring for a pot luck.

Hope to see many there!!

Sue

We'll be there!!!!!!   Hubby and Me   :)    I'm still thinking about what to bring, but since I'm a definite I think I'll do papergoods, plasticware, and the buns to get us started.   A Suggestion  -- for those who are definite attendees - I'd suggest getting the neccesities first: PaperGoods - Zaudika aka Rachel Plastiware - Zaudika aka Rachel Buns (hamburger/hotdog) - Zaudika aka Rachel Burgers -- OPEN Hot dogs (if wanted) -- OPEN Condiments -- OPEN And I give a second vote for the Keilbasa!!!!!!!! WOOT!!!!!! ..  and the cheesecake too!!!!!  :)

Hi is this open to newcomers? I am 9 weeks post op and live in Burlington MA, would love to meet some folks who understand what I am going through! I would prob come alone- my husband can entertain my 3 year old for a few hours!  I am having trouble with solids right now so I will try and think of something I can bring...any suggestions or needs let me know. All the food you guys are talking about sounds amazing but I couldnt imagine eating any of it! It's nice to dream of the future though!:)  Thanks for hosting- my support group is only once a month and it's not very helpful as most of it is dedicated to pre-op information so this would be a great outlet. Best, Deb Cote

Most definitely! ..  I'm about 2.5 months postop myself.   We have a range of people going from preop to postop of different levels.  Everyone's welcome! :)
