Try to find a protein powder that you like. There are some good sample packs available at  http://www.enjoyhealth.com/samples.htm and  http://www.vitalady.com There is an outing planned at the end of July in Waltham. The date will be the 26th or the 27th. It will be a good opportunity to meet others in the area. Jayne
