just read your profile...hope your move goes well. I am sure the summer isn't the best time to move on the cape.     We will be cape side at the end of the summer.   Can you order good weather for us? We haven't had the best weather the past few years on the cape! Joan  (From the Main land)

My landlady (*****ally is a nice person) recently told me that if I need to I could have until December 1st.  That gives me a bit more breathing room in terms of finding a new place.
