good luck. I am waiting for paperwork to be submitted. How long after that did it take to get a date. I have harvard Pilgram. You must be so excited. i am glad to be over all the tests.

Don't go by my timetable, Antonietta! My wait hasn't been typical...The new Weight Management Program at MetroWest Medical Center in Natick has been waiting for its "Center of Excellence" accreditation to clear for several months. I began all my tests and visits back in December, and then had to wait because BCBS won't approve RNY surgery unless it's performed in a Center of Excellence facility. I assume you are seeing Dr Randall in Medford, where they already have the COE accreditation( which Harvard Pilgrim requires too), so your process should go much faster. Yes I am seeing him in Medford. I am just waiting for nutritionists letter and then it can be submitted. I know they are booking for mid july now. He is there on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I like him a lot , he is very thourough. I think it sould be summited this week. I am ready, I do wish you the very best.

Well I got my date today. I am going on july 15th. It went fast after the submission. So we are on the same week. I am a little nervous and happy as well. Good Luck to you .

I grew up in that area and my parents and sister use Metrowest for their hospital and Doctor. They have all been satisfied with their hospitals stays at Metrowest. They haven't had WLS but generic parental stuff that goes on as you get older. The nursing staff was really kind and personable.
