Sorry Jodi, I just posted the same link in a separate post, not realizing you had done so!    My husband shared it with me, and I felt it was worthy to share with everyone here.   I have heard good things about NMSC' s program from others.  Hope your journey continues to go great! I just got my date for RNY with Dr Sheldon Randall, for July 17!  I am so ready for this!   Leila
