comig up on 7 months

I am also 7 months out and things have slowed down a bit. I still lose, but at a MUCH slower rate. I know I could get out and walk more and eat NOTHING but protein and veggies to boost the loss. I agree that more fluid would be in order too. Next week I am going to go back to logging everything I eat and drink and add at least a 30 minute walk daily to see how it goes.
I think it is normal to slow down and hit stalls around this time. As long as I don't go up I don't get hung up on it.
