Does anyone know of any drs who do internal medicine and pain control?

Wondering if anyone knows of any good dr.s in the Se mass area that are internal medicine and also pain control as I have told everyone i was 506lbs a year and a half ago and lost 270lbs but the bones are bad and lympademia and kidney stones..so a lot of pain issues just had emergency hernia surgery..my dr had me on the same meds for 2 years ..then she talked to the surgeon he told her something and made her nervous and she cut my meds by almost half and the worst month of all my stomach is still open because it popped open because he didnt put a drain in...so its all gone wrong...just looking for a dr in the fall river or somerset...swansea..westport..tiverton ri area...that anyone knows of....ok guys thanks for your help...Donna from mass...if you do feel free to email me at [email protected] or you can call also 5086779533..home all the time..too sick to leave...ok take care ..and thanks for all the advice...i hope all is well with everyone...Donna
