Anyone have HMO Blue New England???

My doc sent in for approval today (thursday) was wondering if anyone could tell me how long it took to get an answer form HMO Blue New England???Thanks

Hi Clare- I had HMO Blue NE when I had surgery.  They were great and very quick. The insurance coordinator from my program faxed over my info and I had approval the next day. (It may have helped that Joyce the Insurance Coor had a regular relationship with them) You shoulod find out very soon- Good Luck! Carolyn

I do. I received a letter in the mail from my surgeon 3 weeks after the initial appointment with the surgeon. If I had to guess...the approval took a week.

Great to hear!!!! I have hmo blue too...My surgeons appt is MONDAY!!!   Always great to hear good news that might apply to me in the future as well>>>  I m sooooo anxious!

Just got back from the doc and they said hmo blue was one of the best for fast approval!!!! good luck and let me know /....
