My Wedding Ring Fits!!!!
I still have not had surgery, but I should be getting my date this week. I 'm down from my all time high of 285 last year. I then lost 10 pounds by switching to a smaller plate and not eating seconds. This year the Emerson folks wanted me to lose 14 pounds prior to surgery. I lost 23. I tried my wedding ring on today. It fit! I haven't been able to wear it for several years. I wish I had tried it on nine days ago - on our tenth wedding anniversary.
