Protein sources

Does anyone have suggestions for protein sources?  I bought a few powders pre-surgery, but since my RNY I've lost the taste for them and they nauseate me.    I do enjoy grape frost Isopure, but i would like some variety. Any recomendations? Corey

I try to get all my protein in through the food I eat, but when I can't I supplement with Unjury or a Protein bar.

Thanks Kendra.   I use Unjury most of the time.  I'm only a month post-RNY and can't wait to get approval to move onto protein bars. Corey

GNC sells a protein water (fruity flavors).   I like those cottage cheese singles and they have 11 grams of protein each. Suzanne
