Dr. Gazmuri's Helpful Words

I just love listening to Dr. Gazmuri.   Last night at the community support group, he said something which I found very helpful so I thought I would post it here.  Dr. Gazmuri just got back from a conference where one of the topics was Al Roker, having had the surgery & now is struggling with weight gain & dieting.  I am not sure if this quote was from the surgeon who treated Al Roker, or not, but he said- 'Al Roker made a comment a few years ago, 'I can eat all the same foods that I always ate, just less of them.'  That's when I knew that eventually he would be in trouble again.'

Dr Gazmuri is the best!  I look forward to my appointments with him.  He gives the best advice too.
