First of all, I'm not a scaleaholic...I always weigh myself on Mondays, unless I have an appointment with the nutritionist or MD on another day...But, I did it today because I was hanging on the edge of ONEderland...and....I broke in! 197.8! Never before has 2.6lbs felt sooo good! I was only a half a pound away so it was secretly driving me nuts all week after staying the same this week...I stepped up the protein and the exercise, so I am hoping that made the difference...Anyway, I am up bright and early and couldn't contain myself anymore! This is a happy day!
