Finally! My BMI says that I am no longer obese. I am "moderately overweight". I haven't been this weight for 14 years! Other than being sick...today is a good day.

Congrats! I guess the stomach flu was good for something..pushing you closer to goal! I'd call that a silver lining in an otherwise dark cloud! Feel better!
