Stall......
Hey! I don't know if this is much help, but I have heard a lot lately about the 5 day pouch diet. It reminds you of the basics and jumpstarts your metabolism. A lot of people are trying it from what I hear. Good luck! You're doing great!

When I hit a stall I noticed that even though I was following everything as planned and had problems still getting in all my water, I added peanuts (small about) which added a natural fat and it kicked started my weight loss again. Apparently I wasn't getting in enough fat and this was a nice way to get it in. I don't count calories but I do count my proteins, carbs and fats. I'm thinking I get in approximately 800 cal per day as I still do not eat much. I do, however, have to eat on scheduled and 5 times per day (3 meals and 2 snacks). It keeps me balanced and not feeling that head hunger trigger.
I do know that there will be times the scale doesn't move and the inches come off, that has happened from 6 mo until now. Just this week I dropped 4 lbs unexpectedly and I'm not trying to lose any more weight. I think I'm at a perfect weight for me.
Good luck.
I was just going to post about the same thing. I have been at 175 for about four weeks now and I got to the gyn everyday. I see now that i can eat a little bit more than I could before and I pray that isn't the reason for my stall. Did you try any of the suggestions? I know the inches are coming off but 75 pounds just isn't good enough for me I wan't to see the numbers drop on the scale. Let me know what you have been doing I believe we close in surgery dates. Good Luck!
Erin
Hi Erin, I really increased my protein (by a lot) and tried increasing my water as much as I could. Also added some fiber (to help move things along so to speak). Within two days of doing all of this, the scale started to move again. NWH suggests a minimum of 60g of protein/day. I increased to about 100g a day and things started working again. I also took a day off from the gym (not really by choice) but I still saw results even doing so. My water intake was about 24 oz, and I doubled it as well. So hopefully I'll continue to see the results. I also just put in a big order of Unjury, and hope to see that here on Friday. Hope this helps you with your plateau. ~hugs~ Kendra
