Anyone here gone from band to RNY???

I need the name of a good dr that does band to RNY type revisions? Kerry

I am a candidate for the band to RNY when I change insurance in the spring. I am using my same doc that did the band.   Are you unhappy with your doc?

I see her on the 9th, problem is I have a real good feeling she will say no to going to RNY.  What is your reason for going to RNY and what did your dr say to u about it?? Kerry

i have the band and changeing rny because of reflux issues when ever they tightned the band i get alot of acid reflux my lap-band doc supports my change. and stated he support me very much to get approved. i have DR. Lautz get to see him june 11 cannot wait. i did lose 71 pounds with the band but the Dr had to take all solution out so know i'm back to step one but still thinking very pisitve about the change. Also Umass takes months or a year for surgery there very stricted. best of luck.
