Did you start out as a light weight? It could be that you've hit a stall. Stalls can last up to 3 months at a time, or even longer. You might want to try getting more water in.

Hi, Are you getting in all your protien and vit and all those happy pills. i was told not enough protien and taking ur pills right will make your hair come out. i am 3months out and i went from 282 at pre op to today i am 234, i would suggest you try this to see if your pouch is still working and all that. http://www.5daypouchtest.com/ . just give it a whirl. hollie
