Cherries????

Has anyone every heard of eating Cherries to help with inflamation?? I had my surgery done on 10/15 and I never heard about it. My Dad just got his done and now having problems.  The doctor recommended it. If you have heard and tried, did it work?? Thanks

Nope, can't say that I have heard that before. It will be interesting to hear if your Dad thinks it helps.
