My day with the doc...

Ok, so my girlfriend finally gets me an appointment with the doctor here. So we're all in going over my records from Georgia and talking about the different things in them. Come to find out, I was being watched for diabetes and the doc in Georgia was gonna order tests done to confirm it. Sheesh! As if I don't have enough problems already. I gave the doc here the letter from the doc in Georgia about my getting surgery and he agreed. In August I weighed 250, today I now wiegh 283. That's a big gain in only 3 months. So...he is going to send in a recommendation and get me a consult for surgery. Providing the consult goes the way he hopes...then Masshealth should pay for it. SO! Wish me luck guys. I'll let ya'll know what happens.
