Question about Doctor Randall.

On Oct. 24th I had my last appt with Randall. He said we could move on because my insurance was quick, but then checked and found that Erica (whom i had just had my last appt with on the 10th) had not written my approval and that Dr. Crump had also not written my approval and i had seen her over a month ago.  He said as soon as that was done he and Kate would give me a call to sign the consent forms and to schedule a date for the lapband procedure,  well how long should I wait before I call the office to find out whats going on? Should I give it a certain amount of time for just suck it up and try to be patient and wait for the office to call me? Sorry I ask so many questions but I'm so psyched up and want things to happen as quick as possible :) Thank you. Kayla

Kayla call the office as many times as it takes they should not be delaying your surgery for nutrition or any other report to be written

Why should you even think that u can't call?  Call, Call, Call.  Call once a day.  They dropped the ball and they have to get it together.  Don't think that waiting will do anything.  All it will do is make them forget you. Be persistant.  Call everyday and find out if things have had been completed.  If they tell you they will get back to you, give them a day or two and start calling again. Call Erika and she will get her's done asap for you.  Call Kate and she'll put a flame under Dr. Crump.  I had that same problem with both.  Actually, I emailed Erika and Kate and copied Dr. Randall on the email so he was aware that this happening.  Erika will be quick about it but Dr. Crump will keep holding off until Kate calls her.  She was 4 months behind doing mine.   If you need email addresses, let me know and I'll PM you.
