Cold Medicines...

So of course with all this change of weather and kids back in school its flu/cold season :(  I am always very nervous about taking medicines.  Can anyone recommend a cold/sinus medication that is safe to take post-op?  I always use to do Afrin at bedtime but now I am not sure if I can take it.  Any recommendations?

I don't know about afrin but all the Tylenol products are good to take.

thank you...maybe I will try Tylenol cold and sinus.  I think I might just have to call my doctor tomorrow and find out if I can do afrin
