Diet Advancement NWH

I have a diet advancement class a week from now at NWH.  Those of you who have already attended this class, could you please let me know what to expect.  Will I be having a weigh in as well as the group class? Thanks, Kendra

In my DA appointment I was weighed by the nurse, then had the group class with the nutritionist.  There were only three in my class so Linda (nutritionist) talked to each of us about our weight loss and any issues.  Then she went through the next stage of the diet.  I didn't see the doctor at this appointment.  Pretty simple and fast! Congratulations on getting to DA!  I couldn't wait to get away from pureed food! Ann
