October 22nd @ Winchester with Dr Ameri - I can't WAIT - my kids and hubby need a Healthy Momma and Wife and it is time - I am So glad that I made the decision to go through with this - I had my consult in April but waited and waited because I was so scared. Dr Ameri has been great and I feel SOOOOO at ease about doing this. Is there anywhere here that I can find meal plans of post op patients I am new to the boards and to OH. Hi lIsa and congratz on your decision! If you check the main lap-band board there are great ideas of meal plans and recipies. Some of us post what we eat daily, you can get good ideas this way. I am your neighbor...right over in Springfield. You will be sooo pleased with yor decision....I have lost 153#, with the majority in the first year.
