Lap band Fills

I had the lap band surgery  (7.25.07) and my first fill was August 23rd.  I received .5 centermeters.   I did two days liquid and then 2 days soft food.  I'm eating regular food  now and watching what I eat.  I'm also beginning to eat more.    I haven't had any problems with food and  I'm keeping everything down.  I've  taken off twenty-two pounds.  My concern is that I don't want to gain back the weight,.  How often do people get a fill.    Will I feel more restrictions when I get filled again?  My next appointment is the end of Sept.   I don't feel any different, so I'm concerned.
