Jeff Galloway - RUNNING

I had my surgery 11/2/05 and ran the palm Beach Half Marathon with this program...I recently moved to MA 7 mths ago and would LOVE to start a Jeff galloway program up here. The running is for anyone from Elite athletes to walkers - anyone interested?!?! I never thought Id run, but his program makes it fun, and easy!!! Hi Gina, Not sure what it is...or how it's organized... but I do have an interest in running! LOL! I can only jog a few minutes between walking right now.. but that's a huge improvement over barely walking a half mile at a time when I started. I'm from Worcester. If it's something I can participate in, I'd be interested! Mary
