smoking after surgery... eek!

Hello, I hate to say it, but I've gone back to smoking. After not smoking for close to 5 months ( I had quit in February) I've gone back to it. I started about a month ago thinking "one is not going to make a difference"... boy was I wrong. I'm just really nervous about my 3 month post op appointment. I don't think they check your nicotine levels... but I could be wrong! Eh, just needed to get that off my chest!!!! I'm so nervous! Thanks!
