Lapband to RNY Revision

Hi, I'm new to posting on OH but I have been lurking for a couple of years.  I had the Lapband in Dec '04 with Dr. Shikora at Tuft-NEMC.  Unfortunatley, I am one of the ones who the band just didn't work for. I'm looking to have a revision to an RNY with Dr. Shikora, I actually have an appt with him on Aug 2nd.  But, I was wondering if anyone here has had a revision done and how it worked out for them.  Also, if anyone had a revision at NEMC and what the process what.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!! I'm so anxious about the whole process. Melissa
